1. What RAISS is

RAISS is a guide to free places: people publish the locations they have found, and visitors browse them, save them and build routes. There is no renting, booking or payment on the platform: RAISS is not a party to any deal and handles no money.

2. Responsibilities of the parties

The author is responsible for the accuracy of the description and for the rights to the photographs; the visitor is responsible for their own safety on the trip and for following the rules of the place. RAISS may hide a publication or restrict an account after complaints or violations.

3. Explorer

Publications are free and created by users themselves. The author is responsible for the accuracy of the description and for the rights to the photographs. We may hide a publication that breaks the law or infringes third-party rights.
