Aisha Bibi Mausoleum

A Karakhanid-era mausoleum from the 12th century, in the village of Aisha Bibi in the Zhambyl Region, 18 km from Taraz. The base is cubic, with heavy columns at its four corners; the decoration uses niches, small columns, pointed arches and terracotta facing tiles.
